PRODUCTION

Final product at FASIL is made according to technical documentation in planed period of time and planed quantity.
Its products FASIL sales as at home as abroad – European union, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria and other countries in smaller volume. Till now export was about 55-65% out of total.
All production processes at FASIL are done according to production and service procedures that states:

- work order management,
- monitoring of production and services,
- way of product inspection and control,
- product storage and packaging.

The best prove for that is:

- decreased number of customer complains and notices,
- production capacity is used to the maximum,
- export to the very selective and competitive foreign market.

MATERIAL

FASIL is providing material of high quality level on time, that guides final products parameters to be done with optimal expenses.
All materials primer to be send to production line are going thru entry quality and quantity control procedure. Quality control is taking place in modern chemical and mechanical laboratories.
All materials and products are stored properly so they wont be damaged in storing process.

EQUIPMENT

FASIL is equipped with proper infrastructure in order to achieve goals that are set up and completion planed activities. All company objects, work areas, traffic lines are build according to civil engineering projects and policies.

WORKING AREA SURFACE

At FASIL is defined equipment management for monitoring and measuring (measuring equipment) that terms high Tec measuring and control equipment, its identification and check up.
Infrastructure maintenance contains preventive and current activities, but fundamental maintenance accent is based on preventive maintenance.
